We build software for businesses whose leads do not arrive through a website form — they arrive on IndiaMART, in a WhatsApp message, as a Facebook lead ad, or as an Instagram DM at midnight.

Most CRMs were designed for a different kind of sale: long cycles, scheduled meetings, a pipeline that moves in weeks. That is not how an enquiry-led business works. Here the advantage goes to whoever replies first, and the tooling has to reflect that.
