Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding, data import and channel connection are included in every plan.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in and works leads. You are billed for active users only — deactivate someone who leaves and the seat frees up.
Do WhatsApp message charges come on top?
Yes. Meta charges per conversation on the WhatsApp Business API and that is billed at cost, separately from your subscription. We show you the running total in the app.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in either direction. Changes are prorated against your current billing period.
