Separated by organisation
Every record belongs to one organisation, and that scope is enforced on every request rather than left to individual screens. No customer can read another's leads, contacts or conversations.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser and our servers uses TLS. Credentials are hashed, never stored in a recoverable form.
Role-based access
Users get the access their role requires. Administrators control who can see and change what, and can deactivate a departing employee immediately.
Nothing silently deleted
Business records are archived rather than destroyed, and every record carries who created and last changed it — so history stays reconstructable.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, email sales@wisedor.com with the details. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated while we investigate. Please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
