Terms of service

By creating an account or using Wisedor, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

We provide access to the software on a subscription basis. We may improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for the actions of users you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable law or a channel provider's rules, to upload unlawful content, to attempt to access another customer's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Messaging channels such as WhatsApp impose their own policies. Breach of those policies may result in the channel provider suspending your number or account, which is outside our control.

Subscription fees are billed in advance per active user. Usage-based charges from third-party channels are billed in addition, at cost. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You retain ownership of the data you put into the service. You may export it at any time. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified where practical.

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
