Refund policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are paid in advance for a month or a year, for the number of users you choose, plus 18% GST. A minimum number of users applies, shown on our pricing page, and you pay for at least as many users as are active on your account.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically, and nothing is charged again unless you renew. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If you renew before then, the new period starts when the current one ends, so no paid days are lost.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Where a charge was made in error, or the service was materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will review the case and issue a refund or credit where appropriate.
If your account changes between the moment a price is shown and the moment it is paid, for example because your user limit or paid-up date was changed in the meantime, the payment is not applied and is refunded in full automatically. Refunds go back to the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on your bank.
Adding users and changing plans
Users added during a billing period are charged only for the days left in that period, at your current rate. A different plan or a smaller number of users applies from your next period. Neither refunds or credits any part of the period already paid for.
Third-party charges
WhatsApp messaging fees are charged by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. They are not part of your Wisedor subscription, and we cannot refund them.
How to request
Email sales@wisedor.com with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within five working days.
