Send to the right segment, and never to the same person twice

Reusable templates, bulk sends to a filtered list, and a suppression list that is actually respected — so your catalogue mailer does not go to the customer who unsubscribed last month.

Bulk mail from a spreadsheet damages the list you spent years building

Someone exports contacts, pastes them into a mail tool, and sends. Unsubscribes never make it back. The same buyer gets the same offer three times from three salespeople. Eventually your domain reputation suffers and even your genuine quotes land in spam.

What you get

How Email campaigns helps

Reusable templates

Build the quote, catalogue or festive offer once and send it repeatedly.

Filtered segments

Target by stage, source, status or any field rather than mailing everyone.

Suppression lists

Unsubscribes and bounces are honoured automatically on every future send.

Delivery tracking

See what was delivered, opened and bounced, per campaign and per contact.

Logged on the contact

Every send appears in the contact's history, so nobody duplicates it.

Works with WhatsApp

Follow an email with a WhatsApp nudge to the same segment.

  • Template library
  • Segment-based recipient lists

  • Open, bounce and delivery reporting

FAQ

Email campaigns questions

Can I use my own domain for sending?

Yes, and we recommend it. Authenticating your own domain protects deliverability and means mail arrives from your business address rather than a generic one.

Are unsubscribes handled automatically?

Yes. An unsubscribe adds the address to your suppression list and it is excluded from every subsequent campaign without anyone remembering to check.

Is there a sending limit?

Limits depend on your plan and your sending domain's reputation. We will size this with you during onboarding based on your list.
