Privacy policy

Wisedor provides customer relationship management software. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have over it.

Account data — the name, email address, phone number and company details you provide when you sign up or request a demo.

Customer data — the leads, contacts, messages and related records you or your team enter into the product, or that reach it through a channel you have connected.

Usage data — technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

To provide and maintain the service, to respond to your enquiries, to bill you, to send service notices, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

The records you store in the product remain yours. We process them on your instructions in order to run the service, and we do not use them for our own purposes. Where you upload data about your own customers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.

When you connect a channel such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or IndiaMART, data passes between that provider and the product under their terms as well as ours. Review their policies for how they handle your data on their side.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where we are required to. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to staff who need it, and every request is scoped to your organisation so no other customer can read your records.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Contact us at sales@wisedor.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified to account holders.
